The company paid well for a while and then stopped paying well, and in 1525 the miners of the Banská Bystrica district rose in revolt. It ran on into 1526 and it failed; the men who led it were punished and the mines went back to work. In 1546 the Thurzo–Fugger venture ended and the mines passed to the Habsburg crown, which ran them through its own mining office for the next three centuries. The German form Herrengrundt is written down in 1535. From now on a miner's employer is the state, and a strike is not a wage dispute but a matter for the king's officials.Spoločnosť istý čas platila dobre a potom platiť dobre prestala, a v roku 1525 sa baníci banskobystrického revíru vzbúrili.
