The oldest object ever found in Bzince is the broken half of a stone battle-axe from the late Stone Age. It proves nothing about the village that exists now — it only proves that people were here, working this ground, thousands of years before anyone wrote the name down. The first farmers left traces all around this corner of the country, at Bošáca, Moravské Lieskové and Čachtice. None of them wrote a word about themselves, so everything we know about them has come out of the soil.Najstarší predmet, aký sa v Bzinciach našiel, je zlomená polovica kamenného sekeromlatu z neskorej doby kamennej. O dnešnej obci nedokazuje nič — dokazuje len to, že tu ľudia boli a obrábali túto zem tisíce rokov predtým, než niekto zapísal jej meno. Prví roľníci zanechali stopy po celom tomto kúte krajiny, v Bošáci, Moravskom Lieskovom aj v Čachticiach. Nikto z nich o sebe nenapísal ani slovo, takže všetko, čo o nich vieme, vyšlo zo zeme.
