About 2,600 people live in Topoľčianky today, and the estate that shaped the village survives as four separate operations inside it: the museum in the château, the National Stud Farm with some 550 horses of five breeds and about fifty thousand visitors a year, the bison enclosure in the forest, and the wine cellars on the southern edge. Each keeps its own opening arrangements and none of them is open all year round, which is why this village rewards a plan rather than a stroll. The marked paths onto the Tribeč ridge start at the edge of the park — exactly where the lords once hunted.Dnes žije v Topoľčiankach približne 2 600 ľudí a panstvo, ktoré obec sformovalo, prežíva ako štyri samostatné prevádzky v jej chotári: múzeum v kaštieli, Národný žrebčín s asi 550 koňmi piatich plemien a približne päťdesiattisíc návštevníkmi ročne, zubria obora v lese a vínne pivnice na južnom okraji. Každá má vlastný režim otvárania a ani jedna nie je otvorená celý rok — preto sa v tejto obci oplatí mať plán, nie iba chuť na prechádzku. Značené chodníky na hrebeň Tribeča začínajú na okraji parku, presne tam, kde kedysi poľovali páni.
