Betliar today is a museum of the Slovak National Museum, and the interiors are seen on a guided tour rather than wandered freely — that restriction is the price of keeping the contents where they belong. The library runs to something like twenty thousand volumes, one Slovak source counting fifteen thousand of them as foreign-language works, and it is still shelved in its own purpose-built room. Beside it are the hunting trophies and the travel collections, including the mummified body of an Egyptian man, and around the house lie roughly eighty hectares of park with ponds, imported specimen trees, a grotto and the Roman waterfall, which a local civic association restored in October 2016. Knižnica má okolo dvadsaťtisíc zväzkov, pričom jeden slovenský prameň z nich ráta pätnásťtisíc ako cudzojazyčné diela, a stále stojí vo vlastnej miestnosti postavenej práve pre ňu. Vedľa nej sú poľovnícke trofeje a cestovateľské zbierky vrátane múmie egyptského muža a okolo domu leží zhruba osemdesiat hektárov parku s rybníkmi, dovezenými vzácnymi drevinami, jaskyňou a Rímskym vodopádom, ktorý v októbri 2016 obnovilo miestne občianske združenie. Kým je Krásna Hôrka zatvorená, toto je tá polovica andrášiovského príbehu, ktorou sa dá naozaj prejsť.
