After 1948 the land around the village was collectivised — private strips merged into one co-operative farm, an upheaval that changed the look of the countryside more than anything since the forests were first cleared. Up on the hill the old hermits' house, by then a forester's lodge, was pulled down in 1962, so that the rotunda and its little hermitage have stood alone in the clearing ever since. The spring pilgrimage went quiet in these decades; it came back in its present form only after 1990.Po roku 1948 pôdu okolo dediny združstevnili – súkromné pásiky splynuli do jedného družstva, čo zmenilo tvár krajiny viac než čokoľvek od klčovania lesov. Hore na kopci starý pustovnícky dom, vtedy už horáreň, roku 1962 zbúrali, takže rotunda a jej pustovňa odvtedy stoja na čistinke samy. Jarná púť v týchto desaťročiach utíchla; v dnešnej podobe sa vrátila až po roku 1990.
