Almost everyone who goes to the High Tatras passes through Poprad — it is where the motorway, the mainline railway, the airport and the little electric mountain trains all meet. Forum stands right in the middle of that junction, on the town's long main square, a three-storey centre that opened in 2015 and won a Central and Eastern European award for its architecture the same year.
