The 2009 wing is the part that changed its character most, adding enough floorspace to take it from a supermarket-with-shops to a proper gallery. What it does have, and what the two big out-of-centre rivals do not, is a street relationship. Trieda SNP runs past with its trams and bus stops; the city hall of Košice stands across the boulevard; blocks of flats begin immediately behind. People walk here from their own front doors, in slippers-and-tracksuit numbers on a Sunday morning, which gives the place a texture that a centre reached only by slip road never has.Čo však má a čo dvom veľkým mimocentrovým konkurentom chýba, je vzťah k ulici. Popri nej vedie Trieda SNP s električkami a autobusovými zastávkami, cez bulvár stojí magistrát mesta Košice a hneď za ňou sa začínajú bytové domy. Ľudia sem chodia pešo priamo od vlastných dverí, v nedeľu ráno aj v teplákoch, a to dáva miestu textúru, akú centrum dostupné len zjazdom z cesty nikdy nemá.
