Automotive in BratislavaAutomobilový priemysel v meste Bratislava

Volkswagen has built cars at Devínska Nová Ves since 1991 and remains the only carmaker with a plant inside a Slovak city. Everything else in the trade here is national rather than local: Bratislava is where almost every marque keeps its Slovak importer, and where the biggest dealer groups sit.Volkswagen vyrába autá v Devínskej Novej Vsi od roku 1991 a zostáva jedinou automobilkou so závodom vnútri slovenského mesta. Zvyšok odvetvia je tu skôr celoštátny než mestský: v Bratislave má takmer každá značka svojho slovenského importéra a sídlia tu aj najväčšie predajné skupiny.
