Banská Bystrica's shopping centres divide the city neatly between them: one at the foot of the pedestrian zone, one out under Urpín, and this one under the buses. The small one, and the most central: three storeys at Hušták, exactly where the pedestrian street up into Námestie SNP begins. Compact rather than comprehensive, and easy to fold into the walk from Terminal up to the square.To malé a najcentrálnejšie: tri podlažia na Huštáku, presne tam, kde sa začína pešia ulica smerom na Námestie SNP. The large one, over on the Trosky side of the city beneath Urpín, with an office tower rising above the retail. The other Slovak centre built to this idea, and the bigger of the two: a market hall and a shopping centre wrapped around the country's main bus station.
