An Art Nouveau building that opened as the Grand Bio Universum cinema and theatre; the first Slovak feature film, Jánošík, had its national premiere here in 1922. It is now the home of the Štátny komorný orchester Žilina.Secesná budova, ktorá slúžila ako kino a divadlo Grand Bio Universum; práve tu mal v roku 1922 celoštátnu premiéru prvý slovenský hraný film Jánošík.
